Customer feedback is super important to us here at iAM Learning. As part of our new customer experience strategy, we decided to do something pretty cool a few months back. We asked our awesome customers to take part in a customer satisfaction survey.
Why? Well, because we genuinely care about what's working brilliantly and where we can add a little extra sparkle!
We're now a few months on and we have some pretty exciting updates on the feedback we received. First off, we always love to hear about what's working well and it seems our customers are loving our storytelling style and bite-sized content! That's music to our ears, because we do too.
As for those areas that could use a little extra polish, our fantastic Customer Delight Manager, Steph Charlesworth - the driving force behind the iAM customer experience - has been rolling up her sleeves and working tirelessly to bring you some seriously exciting enhancements!
Here's an update on some of the key points raised in the feedback survey that we've been working to improve...
Improved functionality
Customers with their own LMS
We all want a seamless experience when accessing learning content. In the survey, customers with their own LMS told us that downloading our content to their own system (via Canto) isn't the most efficient way to deliver content.
With this in mind, we're exploring a SCORM wrapper service which will make it easier for us to push out content updates in the background, giving customers using their own LMS to access our content a more seamless experience. We're currently trialling this with some lovely volunteers, so watch this space for updates!
Customers using our LMS Lite
Customers using our in-house LMS Lite also highlighted a need for more information on how to make the most of the system. We've taken this feedback onboard and have been busy revamping the backend system (Training Manager) to make some enhancements, optimise reporting functionality, and give our LMS a little face lift to bring it up to date and give users a better experience.
This will be rolled out by the end of October, along with new user guides, videos and training sessions, so customers can enjoy an even better experience when using our system!
Brand-new content
Translated content
Our customer feedback survey revealed businesses are keen to have access to our most popular learning content in other languages.
Well, you'll be pleased to hear that we're now developing a brand-new series, known as iAM Translated! Existing courses are being translated in a range of the most sought-after languages and should be available early in 2024! We’re expecting to start with our Cyber Security Collection in French, German and Spanish. Keep an eye out for further updates!
IT skills
IT skills also came up in the survey, with many customers requesting that this is added to our learning library. Well, we've taken that onboard and have now partnered with our lovely friends at Filtered to add these into our extensive course catalogue! These new courses will start appearing later this year. Content that reflects the real world
Finally, feedback from customers revealed a number of requests for content that reflects events happening in the real world, such as the ongoing challenges in the finance sector. Many customers asked for support with this, including the suggestion of learning content on financial wellbeing.
Well, a short time ago, we launched our iAM Life Skills Collection, which includes content covering topics including how to save money, how to pay off credit card debt, how pensions work and much more! This content has really hit the mark, with many customers telling us that they love this content, so we'll be launching a few additional titles to the collection soon!
