Customer Survey: You Asked, We Did! 2024 Edition

Last September, we ran our Customer Delight Customer Survey. A quick 5-minute set of questions you can complete with a fresh coffee. Since then, we’ve worked hard to act on the valuable insights you shared on what would make working with iAM Learning an even better experience.

Why? Well, because we genuinely care about what's working brilliantly and where we can add a little extra sparkle!

We're now a few months on and we have some pretty exciting updates on the feedback we received. First off, we always love to hear about what's working well and it seems our customers are loving our storytelling style and bite-sized content! That's music to our ears because we do too.

As for those areas that could use a little extra polish, our fantastic Customer Delight Manager, Steph Charlesworth - the driving force behind the iAM customer experience - has been rolling up her sleeves and working tirelessly to bring you some seriously exciting enhancements!

Here's an update on some of the key points raised in the feedback survey that we've been working to improve...

Updates on Tooling

For users with their own LMS/LXP systems, you said that our file-sharing area could be clunky and not easy to use.

Here's what we did to try and fix that:

Streamlined folders. We removed some of the folders in the set up to decrease clicks to the content. We’ve also updated our fresh launch to update by quarter so you can see quickly what new content has been launched without having to click into as many folders. 

We also launched our new SCORM wrappers to make updates less time consuming. Using the wrappers allows us to update information in the content and remotely update your versions, meaning no more re-adding once it’s in your platform. 

Finally, we also now offer S3 integration to bypass canto if available for your platform. This means you can plug the files straight in without having to log in to a third-party system to download content.

 
For users who use our LMS lite, we’ve also made some enhancements to make using the system easier.

We launched a new training manager system, with new functionality and easier ways to manage users, reporting and content. 

We’ve also just launched new options for user roles to help you with your admin choices. You can now choose from admin lite and admin+. Admin lite lets you assign users who can only manage the reporting function to see how their teams are getting on and admin+ gives your admins some extra choice on managing deadlines, groups and users. 

We’ve also introduced an updated user experience with a refresh on the LMS for learners to explore and learn with a new streamlined view.

 

Updates on Content

You asked us to highlight key Awareness topics.

The team have now created an awareness calendar, which is already getting a lot of love! We've already launched loads of content since January as a part of our calendar, with topics such as;
